My name is Carol Miller and I am responsible for setting up the York Haematology Support Group for blood cancer patients, families, carers and friends. I am an Acute Myeloid Leukaemia sufferer and realised the need for a support group in York. We have had 3 meetings now, and it is going very well, and is proving a great success.
