The Belgrave Rooms are situated adjacent to the M1 and A1 and has free parking on site
The Belgrave Rooms are located right in the middle of Nottingham city centre opposite Nottingham Trent University (NTU) City Centre site. The closest motorway junctions are junctions 24, 25 and 26 on the M1. You can also use one of the of the many Park and Ride services or the tram network.
TRAM All trams will pass the Nottingham Trent University stop. Full details can be found on the Nottingham Tram website, but your options will include:
leaving the M1 at J24 using Clifton South tram stop
Journey time: 28 minutes
leaving the M1 at J25 use Toton Lane tram stop
Journey time: 38 minutes
leaving the M1 at J26 use Phoenix Park and Ride
Journey time: 17 minutes
The tram costs £3.50 for an adult day ticket. You can buy your ticket from the machines at the tram stop. Change is given, and parking is free. The tram runs every 10-15 minutes and the NTU stop on Goldsmith Street is in the middle of the City site.
PARK AND RIDE If you are travelling from the east we suggest you follow the A52 to Nottingham and take the Park and Ride from Nottingham Racecourse. The bus will drop you off on Lower Parliament Street, which is just a short walk. Buses run every 15 minutes and cost £3 for up to six people.
ROAD DIRECTIONS: From M1(J26), take A610 to City Centre (5 miles). After Falcon Inn (pub) on the right, take the 1st left onto Talbot Street. (For parking at Q-Park Stanley St, take 1st left after traffic lights and follow Stanley Place). At the crossroads, turn left onto Clarendon St. At the lights, turn right onto Goldsmith St. Continue straight on Goldsmith Street to reach the venue
BUS Nottingham's Broadmarsh bus station is a just a few hundred yards from the railway station, and a ten minute walk from the city centre. It is served by local bus routes and National Express
RAIL The venue is a fifteen to twenty minute walk from Nottingham railway station, or you can take the tram. Follow signs from the railway station platforms for the tram, and take any northbound tram for four stops. You can buy tickets for between £2 and £3.50 from the machines at the tram stop. There is a stop for the Nottingham Trent University on Goldsmith stree which is close to the venue.
If you do want to walk then leave the train station and cross the pedestrian crossing, turn right towards the Broadmarsh shopping centre passing Starbucks and then Nottingham's Broadmarsh bus station on your right.
Walk directly through the shopping centre and continue to walk up Lister Gate and then Wheeler Gate until you reach the Market Square. Cross over the square and walk up Market Street, continue straight on towards Goldsmith Street where you will find the venue half way up.
